A system and a method for managing members by providing increased incentive according to new members are provided to increase a registration rate with guaranteeing increase of the incentive by providing the registered members with the increased incentive according to the number of new members. An Internet service unit(12) provides an Internet access service through the network. A member register(13) receives registration information from users connected through the Internet service unit and registers the received registration information to a member information database(15). An incentive setting unit(14) increases incentive according to a predetermined increase rate, which is increased according to the number of new members, by extracting the new member information from the member information database when the member registers the new member information. A communication unit(11) provides a communication interface by which member management sever(10) is able to access a communication network. |
