A manufacturing method for the exothermic fabric and a functional fabric by using the same are provided to obtain an excellent heat generation effect by adhering the capsaicin to a textile through dyeing or padding method. An exothermic composite is formed by including a capsaicin 3.0-20 weight%, a non-ionic surfactant 3.5-25 weight%, a silicon resin 10-30 weight%, a chitosan powder 3-15 weight% and residual purified water. An exothermic processing solution including the exothermic composite 3-15 weight% is absorbed to the textile at dyeing or padding process. The textile absorbing the exothermic processing solution is dried. An ether type surfactant or an ester type surfactant, or the mixture of the two is used as the non-ionic surfactant. Poly-oxy-ethylene alkyl-aryl-ether, sorbitan fatty acid ester, or the mixture of the two is also used as the non-ionic surfactant. The textile is formed of a natural yarn, a chemical yarn, or a blended yarn of the two. The dyeing is performed for 20-30 minutes at pH 5.0-6.0, and at 50 degree Celsius. |
