A vibration recording device and method for a vehicle are provided to easily and quickly record the vibration exerted on the passenger sitting on the vehicle seat without affecting the sitting comfort. A device for recording the vibration transmitted from a vehicle to the passenger, which has a casing(1), a start and stop button(2), display devices(4,5), and a connector(6), includes one or more detector units which are arranged on a vehicle seat frame or the associated component to detect the vibration value and an analysis unit which computes a vibration result of the vibration exerted on the passenger by using a pre-regulated shift function.
