A deck fastener and an assembly structure of a deck member using the deck fastener are provided to simplify construction work, to keep a direct coupling vise not to be exposed, and to prevent the deformation of a deck member. A deck fastener comprises a vertical member provided with a vise groove to penetrate a vise and united with a horizontal member, and a horizontal member provided with a vise hole(23) to house a vise, arc-shaped wings(24) to be inserted to a deck member easily and hollows(25) to extend and contract according to the contraction and expansion of the deck member and to prevent the deformation or damage of the deck member. An assembly structure of a deck member comprises a deck member manufactured with wood, synthetic resins, etc., and provided with a groove to house a fastener, and a fastener made of synthetic resins, etc., and inserted/coupled to the groove between the adjacent deck members.
