A structure of an elevator door chamber for protecting separation of a door guide shoe is provided to improve safety in using of an elevator by allowing a manager of the elevator to exchange the door guide shoe timely. A structure of an elevator door chamber for protecting separation of a door guide shoe(30) includes the door guide shoe and a locking unit(40). The door guide shoe is inserted insertion grooves(42,42') formed on the locking unit for preventing separation of an elevator door. The locking unit is installed on the center of the elevator door chamber includes a protrusion(44), a central stopper(45), and the insertion grooves. The protrusion is "T"-type in shape and is fixed on the elevator door chamber. The insertion grooves are formed both sides of the central stopper.
