A clamping type lower mounting bracket structure of a lower tilting steering column for a vehicle is provided to mount a lower mounting bracket and employ a rubber pad to provide elasticity so that the lower tilting steering column and a steering wheel rotate. A clamping type lower mounting bracket structure includes a lower mounting bracket(11), a clamping bracket(21), a rubber pad(40), and a clamping structure(20). The lower mounting bracket is provided at two lateral side surfaces thereof with through holes. The clamping bracket has through holes and is mounted on a lower outer circumference of a column jacket(10). The rubber pad is provided between two ends of a clamping unit(11a) and two ends of the clamping bracket. The clamping structure includes a clamping blot(30) and a clamping nut.
