An outlet box for protecting a plug of an apartment house is provided to prevent impurities from being flowed into terminal insertion holes and shield a plug completely from outer force by exposing a plug connecting part to the outside when a lever is moved upward and mounting the plug connecting part in a receiving groove when the lever is moved downward. A driving unit(400) includes a motor(410), a first circuit part(420), a second circuit part(430), a lever(440), and a plunger. A polarity of the motor is changed as a direct current motor to change a rotary direction of an output shaft(411). When the output shaft is rotated, a rotary shaft is rotated to the same direction. The first circuit part includes a first power source(421), a first switch(422), and a solenoid(423). The first circuit part is serially connected to the motor. The solenoid is placed at the rear horizontal to a receiving groove. The second circuit part includes a second power source(431) and a second switch(432). The second power source is the same direct current power source as the first power source. A polarity of the second power source is opposite to one of the first power source when the second power source is connected with the motor. When the lever is moved upward, the motor is rotated to one direction to expose a plug connecting part to the outside. When the lever is moved download, the motor is rotated reversely to mount the plug connecting part in a receiving groove. |
