The cooker has a removable round airtight boiler (10) for producing water vapor, where the cooker is subsidiary associated with a regulated and automated flow hydration of food grains i.e. semolina couscous type food grains, by cold or hot water. The water vapor is injected into a basket that is disposed with a riddler (7) and contains the semolina couscous type food grains. An assembly of the cooker is airtightly closed by a cover (6) with a small opening for partially allowing out the water vapor by a sieve located to a side opposite to a steam injector (2).
