A rotary blower is provided to reduce installation and management costs by blowing a wind with a small number of blowers in a wider space due to a large rotation radius of a fan frame. A rotary blower circulating indoor air comprises as follows. A central shaft(112) is installed in an upper center thereof. An upper frame(110) is installed around the central shaft and equipped with two columns(113) that are symmetrical to each other. A lower frame(120) is connected to each of the columns by a first fixing pin(121-1). A fan frame(130) is equipped with a blower fan and a motor(140) attached to a rotating shaft of the blower fan, which generates drive force to rotate the blower fan. A connection rod(160) rotates the fan frame while rotating around the central shaft. In addition, a speed reducer(150) transmits reduced rotary force to the rotating shaft attached to the upper frame.
