An apparatus for making stuffed pancakes, steamed bread and king size dumplings is provided to automatically produce the titled food products and automatically control the feeding speed of the wheat flour dough and stuffing, thereby massively producing the titled food products. An apparatus for making stuffed pancakes, steamed bread and king size dumplings comprises: a dough supply device(100) pushing wheat flour dough to one side direction; a cylindrical skin forming device(200) extruding a cylindrical skin of a cylindrical pipe from the supplied dough; a stuffing insertion device(300) inserting a stuffing into the cylindrical skin; and a cutting device cutting the cylindrical skin at a specified position. The dough supply device contains a screw barrel(110), a pair of supply screws(120,122) and a hopper(130) supplying the dough to the interior of the first screw barrel. The device for forming cylindrical skin contains a second screw(210) and a forming screw(220). The stuffing insertion device contains a cylindrical barrel, filling discharging screw(320) and hopper(330). |
