PACKED BED ELECTRO-STERILIZER WITH 3-DIMENSIONAL INSOLUBLE ELECTRODE

An electro-sterilizer using insoluble electrodes is provided to prevent the deterioration of electrolysis efficiency by increasing the surface area of the electrodes, prevent consumption of packed electrodes used in electrolysis, and prevent scale from forming on the electrodes packed in a packing bed during electrolysis by converting polarities of the electrodes. An electro-sterilizer with an insoluble electrode packed bed comprises: a sterilizer case(1) having a space part comprised of an inflow part(110), an outflow part(120), and a reaction part(130); upper and lower porous films(2,3) which are formed in the sterilizer case to separate a space between the inflow part and the reaction part and a space between the outflow part and the reaction part, and which have a plurality of holes(21,31) perforated into surfaces thereof; a bar type negative(positive) electrode(4) for vertically connecting a central part of the upper and lower porous films; a negative(positive) electrode terminal(5) horizontally installed to contact with the negative(positive) electrode; a mesh type positive(negative) electrode(6) formed along the circumference around the negative(positive) electrode formed in a central part of the reaction part at the upper side of the lower porous film; a positive(negative) electrode terminal(7) horizontally installed to contact with the positive(negative) electrode through a contact terminal(71); a cathodic(anodic) insulating mesh(8) installed along an outer peripheral surface of the negative(positive) electrode to prevent a direct contact with the non-fixed electrodes; an anodic(cathodic) insulating mesh(9) installed along an inner peripheral surface of the positive(negative) electrode to prevent a direct contact with the non-fixed electrodes; a plurality of non-fixed electrodes(10) packed between both electrodes within the reaction part; and mesh type outflow preventing nets(11,12) installed at inner sides of the upper and lower porous films to prevent the leakage of the non-fixed electrodes.
