A solenoid valve with a shock absorbing apparatus is provided to prevent a valve and a hollow axis from excessively colliding with a raised part due to the pressure of compressed fluid when a protrusion is inserted into a groove by forming the protrusion in a pilot valve or a main valve and by forming the groove in the raised part of a hollow axis wherein the groove corresponds to the protrusion of the pilot valve or the main valve. A pair of valve chambers(102,103) of predetermined spaces are formed at the right and left sides with respect to the center of a hollow axis(101) of a main body(100) having raised parts(104,105) between the hollow axis and the pair of valve chambers. A valve body includes a main valve(152) received in the valve chamber and a pilot valve(151). The main valve is transferred by magnetic force of a magnetic wire(140) installed outside the main body, and the pilot valve is connected to the main valve by a connection bar(153) inserted into the hollow axis. A groove part(170) is formed in the direction of the hollow axis in at least one of the pair of raised parts. A protrusion part(180) is formed at one side of the main valve or the pilot valve to gear with the groove part. A flange can be formed at the end of the protrusion part.
