摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling robot holding a workpiece, and also holding a fluid jet unit for cleaning by using an air blow or a cleaning solvent, with claws of the same hand device. SOLUTION: The hand device 2 holds a workpiece 4 with claws 3, and the claws 3 of the hand device 2 have an inside supplementary shape 23 holding the body 15 of the fluid jet unit 8 and an inside through hole 14 opened to the inside. The body 15 of the fluid jet unit 8 has a suction pad 17 and an outside opening 26 connected to the suction pad 17 by piping with a pipeline 16 in the body and opened to the outside of the suction pad 17 to be fitted to the inside through hole 14 opened to the inside of the claws 3 of the hand device 2. After performing the work for holding the workpiece 4, the claws 3 of the hand device 2 hold the fluid jet unit 8 inside of the claws 3 of the hand device 2 to perform the work for jetting a compressed fluid 24 from a nozzle 20 of the fluid jet unit 8.
