<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source supply control apparatus, a power source supply control method and an image forming apparatus controlling supplying timing of power sources of a plurality of power supplying systems to various circuit elements. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction apparatus 1 is provided with a power source supplying control part 100 in an image transfer function circuit part 70 dividing a plurality of circuit elements ASIC71, 72 and 73 with different required power source supplying timings into an energy saving power source supplying system 74 and an energy saving power source non-supplying system 75 based on the power source supplying timings. In addition, the power source supplying control part 100 carries out a power source supplying timing control process controlling the supplying timings for the power source from a PSU90 in an order according to the required power source supplying timings for ACIC71, 72 and 73 respectively for each power source supplying system 74 an 75.
