<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide optical equipment having an integral structural rack easily manufactured, even when a second tooth part is given a pull-in angle. <P>SOLUTION: The optical equipment has a holding member 2 holding an optical member L2, a rack 16 attached to the holding member 2 and an actuator 14 rotating a lead screw 14b that is engaged with the rack. The rack is formed as an integral part having an attaching part 16a for attaching the rack to the holding member, a first tooth part 16b and the second tooth part 16d which are engaged with the lead screw, in such a state that the lead screw is held therebetween, and a connection part 16e which connects the attachment part and the second tooth part and has elasticity. The second tooth part is formed so that the interval between the second tooth part and the first tooth part is narrower, as going away from the attachment part.
