<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure of a vehicle capable of blocking a Mohican groove portion provided with the hinge portion of a rear door with one member. <P>SOLUTION: The top end of the rear door 3 is pivoted on a vehicle main body 2 with the hinge 4. The hinge 4 fitted on the Mohican groove portion 2c, a junction between a roof panel R and a side panel S, has a hinge base portion 41 mounted on the Mohican groove portion 2c and a door hinge portion 42 which is rotatably supported by the hinge base portion 41 and installed on the rear door 3. The hinge base portion 41 includes a fixed portion 41a fixed on the bottom portion of the Mohican groove portion 2c extending in the vehicle width direction and a rotation supporting portion 41b for supporting the door hinge portion 42 extending in the vertical direction in a vertically rotatable manner.
