<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device capable of suppressing a coma aberration caused on an optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup device 59 irradiates the optical disk 41 with laser beams emitted from laser diodes 11 and 12 through an objective lens 21 loaded on an actuator 2. However, a base 1 and the actuator 2 are separately arranged. Then, a liquid crystal element D1 corresponding to the coma aberration correction of the laser beam is loaded on the base 1, and a liquid crystal element D2 corresponding to the spherical aberration correction of the laser beam is loaded on the actuator 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
