<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating air conditioning system in which indoor units of different refrigerant systems are installed in a same space and which is increased in life by uniforming the operation time and the number of times of the starting and the stopping. <P>SOLUTION: In this refrigerating air conditioning system, an indoor unit 5 having an outdoor heat exchanger and an outdoor unit 4 having a compressor, a selector valve, a decompression device, and an outdoor heat exchanger are connected to each other through pipes. Hot heat or cold heat is supplied from an indoor heat exchanger. The refrigerant air conditioning system comprises refrigerating air conditioners 2, 2a each having a temperature sensor installed in the indoor heat exchanger for detecting the temperature inside the space. The indoor unit 5 of the refrigerating air conditioners 2a, 2 are installed in the same space. The refrigerating air conditioning system comprises a remote controller 16 connected to the refrigerating air conditioners 2, 2a. The target set temperatures of the indoor heat exchanger 5 of each of the refrigerating air conditioners 2, 2a is set at the same value, and the suction air temperature thereof is set at the same one.
