PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discrimination device of a radar wave capable of discriminating the radar wave by extracting its rising waveform data and falling waveform data, even when whatever shape the radar wave has. SOLUTION: This device includes a signal processing circuit for discriminating a received radar wave. The signal processing circuit has a data conversion means, a data extraction means and a determination means. The data conversion means converts a waveform component of the received radar wave into triaxial conversion data having a time base, a frequency axis and a power axis. The data extraction means extracts rising waveform data corresponding to a waveform component of a rising part of the received radar wave and falling waveform data corresponding to a waveform component of a falling part from the triaxial conversion data.
