PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveniently and simultaneously amplifying a plurality of types of target base sequences from a minute amount of DNA sample without pre-amplifying, and a substrate for the method. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a substrate used for simultaneously amplifying the plurality of types of target base sequences, wherein the substrate provides a plurality of channels, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) for amplifying one or more types of target base sequences is performed in each channel, and the types of target base sequences amplified in at least two or more channels are different each other.
