This invention is about organic filler powder materials useful as the rep lacement of mineral or inorganic fillers in composites. The organic powder m aterials have particle size less than 60 .mu.m and are visually non-differen tiable in composites. The gel coat materials with the organic powder have un iform color appearance and have improved color stability when exposed to moi sture.
