<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies capable of precisely reflecting the result of specification on the computation of indexes such as a C/D ratio when a target region is specified while observing a stereoscopically visible stereoscopic fundus image consisting of a pair of left and right fundus images. <P>SOLUTION: An operator's dominant eye is assumed to be the right eye. The fundus image processing device 1 comprises a display part 151 for displaying the stereoscopic fundus image GLR consisting of a pair of left and right fundus images GL and GR, and an operating part 152 for the operator to specify the target region such as an optic papilla region or a depressed region based on the displayed stereoscopic fundus image GLR. A position specifying part 12 specifies a region on the fundus image GR (the fundus image on the dominant eye side) corresponding to the target region specified by the operator.
