PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk lid for a structure for a motor vehicle which can be moved to the cargo position or the roof conveying position from the basic position by a simple means in an adequately functional manner. SOLUTION: A link mechanism 13 for a trunk lid 12 has a first link unit 14 and a second link unit 15 which are pivotally attached to a first supporting part 17 arranged on the trunk lid and a second supporting part 18 mounted on a body 2. The second link unit is held by the trunk lid by a third supporting part 19 mounted on the first supporting part 17 with a space therebetween opposite to the traveling direction, and held by a fourth supporting part 20 to a body. A connection device 21 is provided between the first link unit and the second link unit. The first link unit and the second link unit can be controlled by the connection device for fixing the basic position Grst or the cargo position or the roof conveying position.
