PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine which suppressing the noise generated from a blower device less than a predetermined value in any case. SOLUTION: The washing machine has a cleaning means and a drying means for a vehicle, and the drying means is composed of a drying nozzle for jetting a drying air and the blower device for supplying the air to the drying nozzle. The washing machine is equipped with: a noise meter 61 disposed on a wall body of a boundary with peripheral private houses where the washing machine is installed; a noise determination part 64 which inputs a noise measurement value from the noise meter and determines whether the noise measurement value exceeds a predetermined set value, that is, the noise limit value; and a control device 63 having a frequency control part 65 which inputs the determination result from the noise determination part, and outputs the frequency command to an inverter 62 of the motor to be a lower rotation number than the rotation number of the motor 33 of the blower device at present time when the noise measurement value exceeds the noise limit value.
