DEVICE FOR SURGICAL PROCEDURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for surgical procedure with which treatment and observation can be simultaneously performed only by inserting it into a body.

SOLUTION: The device 1 for surgical procedure according to the present invention includes an outer sheath extended from a tip end to be inserted into a body to a base end to the proximal side and that is provided with a working channel 21 through which a treatment instrument can be inserted; an image pickup device 22 disposed at the tip portion of the outer sheath; and traction forceps 20 disposed at the tip portion of the outer sheath, supported on a supporting section protruding in the axial direction via a joint being bent away from the working channel 21, and having a pair of forceps members arranged so as to be freely opened/closed, wherein the image pickup device 22 is disposed at a position between the axis line of the supporting section and the axis line of the working channel 21 and offset from a virtual line L1 connecting the two axis lines.
