<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently change and display three or more basic screens which display different specific basic information relevant to operation of energy equipment, and to inform users with the same weighting. <P>SOLUTION: Three or more basic screens B are provided which display different specific basic information relevant to operations of the energy equipment displayed on a monitor, respectively. Basic screen changing means 38 to change display of the basic screens B are provided at each of the basic screens B. The basic screen changing means 38 are operated in such a state where any of the basic screens B is displayed and the basic screen B of the next order is displayed on the monitor A, based on regularity that three or more basic screens B1, B2... Bn are rotated and displayed in a predetermined order.
