<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of realizing a various range of lighting while reducing a cost through a common setting of component parts and further capable of setting an optical axis in a slant manner. <P>SOLUTION: This light emitting diode lighting device has a flexible printed substrate 30 having LED 35, a case 10 storing the substrate and having a through-pass hole 13 at a wall part oppositely facing against LED on the substrate so as to irradiate an external side with light generated by LED, and a cylindrical connector housing 21 arranged at the wall of the case and constituting a connector 20 by position setting and fixing one end of the substrate in an opening part.
