ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE OF SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device of a sensor capable of constantly accurately detecting an abnormality of the sensor in an exhaust air filtering device.

SOLUTION: The abnormality detection device of the sensor is composed of a filter upstream side pressure sensor, a filter downstream side pressure calculation means for subtracting an actual measurement value of a pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of the filter and calculating a pressure value in the downstream side of the filter, a filter downstream side pressure estimation means for estimating the pressure value in the downstream side of the filter based on the operation state of an internal combustion engine, and an abnormality detection means for detecting that the function of at least one of a differential pressure sensor and the filter upstream side pressure sensor is not normally operated.
