The dissector consists of a housing (10) in which a sound head, a flushing channel (12) and a suction channel (14), whereby the sound head consists of a rod (18) forming one end of the housing and an ultrasonic transducer coupled to the rod and the rod has an opening for the flushing channel and an opening for the suction channel. A thread channel (16) is additionally arranged in the housing and the rod has a further opening for the thread channel.
