<p>An integrated sensor (CR), comprising i) a voltage regulator (RT) electrically coupled with a mechanical load (MM) and supplying a regulated voltage from a primary supply voltage(AP) referenced relative to an electric load (ME), ii) a sensitive element with a high impedance (ES) fed by the primary supply voltage (AP), electrically coupled to the mechanical load (MM) and providing a measurement electric value representative of a physical value, iii) an amplifying module (IR) fed by the regulated voltage and comprised of a first input (+) receiving an analogical reference that is function of the regulated voltage and a second input (-) receiving the electric measurement value, and responsible for the delivery of a first output voltage representative of the amplified measurement voltage, and iv) a differential amplifier (AD1) fed by the primary supply voltage (AP), electrically referenced relative to the electric load (ME) and comprising a first input receiving the analogical reference and a second input receiving the first output voltage, and responsible for delivering a second output voltage representative of the first amplified output voltage and referenced to the electrical load (ME).</p> |
