An aqueous dispersion of nanoparticles contains concentration of nanoparticles of 0.001-1000 mg/l, nanoparticles size is 1000 nm and less, and the substance of nanoparticles is selected from the group containing graphite, silicium, argentum, aurum, cuprum, nickel, palladium, platinum, molybdenum, cobalt, cadmium, rhodium, rubidium, hafnium, rhenium, osmium, iridium, vanadium, bismuth, ferrum, manganese, chrome, zinc, stannum, zirconium, titanium, aluminium, magnesium, gallium, stibium, praseodymium, samarium, gadolinium, cerium, lanthanum, ittrium, neodymium, wolframium, plumbum, tantalum and oxides thereof, or carbides thereof, or nitrides thereof. The aqueous dispersion of nanoparticles is three-phase system containing water, nanoparticles of the substance or the group of substances, ions of the substance or the group of substances in which the ratio of ionic mass and mass of nanoparticles not exceeds 10, and nanoparticles are hydrated by forming around thereof nanohydrate shells containing water molecules. The nanoparticles are obtained by dispergating granules of the substance or the group of substances with electric current impulses in water. |
