摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp in which a humidity control sheet superior in reversibility and response of humidity adsorption and discharge performance, which can promptly adsorb humidity when the humidity in the surrounding environment is high and can promptly discharge the adsorbed humidity when the humidity of the surrounding environment is low, is installed in a lamp housing to prevent dew condensation, and deterioration of lamp functions (deterioration of illuminance) and deterioration of appearance are effectively prevented. SOLUTION: The lamp has humidity control sheets 10, 10A in which humidity control particles which adsorb and discharge steam reversibly are mutually adhered by thermoplastic resin powder and formed in sheet-form and which have a humidity control layer with a porosity of 15% or more, installed in a lamp housing 11. Since the ratio of gaps formed between the humidity control particles is large, the gaps between the humidity control particles is utilized as a moisture keeping space for humidity adsorption and discharge, and by utilizing not only the humidity adsorption and discharge capability originated in the humidity control particles but also the humidity adsorption and discharge capability by gaps between the humidity control particles, dew condensation in the lamp housing 11 can be prevented with a high reversible humidity adsorption and discharge performance and a superior humidity adsorption and discharge response.
