A melting structure of a water tank for an air cleaner is provided to prevent permeation of impurities between an inner case and an outer case by dividing a water tank into the inner case and the outer case. A melting structure of a water tank for an air cleaner comprises a main body, an upper case, and a water tank. The main body, whose upper and lower surfaces are opened, has a discharge hole along the side periphery. The upper case, whose upper surface has an intake hole and lower surface is opened, is installed at the upper part of the main body. The water tank, whose upper surface is opened to store water inside, is placed at the lower part of the main body. The water tank consists of an inner case(310) and an outer case(320) to store water inside, and a cover part(313) protruded along the upper periphery of the inner case to cover a space between the inner case and the outer case. A fused portion(317) is formed to the outer case to be fused during assembly of the inner case and the outer case.
