<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-dimensional disk laser capable of making a high output several times a single disk laser, ensuring a high beam quality and significantly miniaturizing the entire laser oscillator including a terminal mirror and an output mirror. <P>SOLUTION: The 3-dimensional disk laser comprises a terminal mirror 12 which totally reflects specified laser beam, an output mirror 14 which reflects most part of the laser beam and allows a part of it to transmit, and four or more amplifying modules 20 that are arranged 3-dimensionally in the optical path from the terminal mirror 12 to the output mirror 14, totally reflecting laser beam in a specified order from the terminal mirror to the output mirror. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
