PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening device preventing planted trees from falling down or scattering in greening a concrete surface of a rooftop or a high place such as an eaves, and intended for labor-saving of water management. SOLUTION: This water storage container-type planting greening device is such that a planting container itself is used as a water storage container, a planting greening board made of a material hard to corrupt and a planting greening board with a planting space, forming a planting space are attached to the external wall surface and the upper surface of the planting container. The device enables long term natural water sprinkling on each the planting greening boards from the water storage container, using a water supply rope. The device comprises fixedly setting planting tress on the planting greening board and the planting space, using a tree fixture, preventing falling and scattering with wind and snow, greening a place excluding planted trees through planting sedum.
