PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical receptacle outlet in which a tracking detection electrode is arranged at a position invisible from the outside when a plug is not connected thereto. SOLUTION: The electrical receptacle outlet A is provided with a detection electrode 11, which is freely advanceably/retreatably arranged between a position that the detection electrode protrudes to the outside from a detection-electrode insertion hole 5 and a position that the detection electrode retreats inside the detection-electrode insertion hole, a detection-electrode biasing spring 15, which is integrally provided to the detection electrode 11, has a biasing force in a direction that makes the detection electrode 11 protrude to the outside, and is arranged in an apparatus body 1, a door member 9, which freely openably/closably closes each blade insertion port 4a, moves to a closing position when a plug is not connected and moves the detection electrode 11 to a retreating position by elastically deforming the detection-electrode biasing spring 15 while pressing the detection electrode 11, and makes the detection electrode 11 protrude to the outside due to a spring force of the detection-electrode biasing spring 15 caused by the movement to the opening position while being pushed by each blade when the plug is connected, and a tracking detection means for detecting tracking from a current flowing between each blade inserted into each blade insertion port 4a and the detection electrode 11.
