PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit capable of effectively reducing time where rush current flows. SOLUTION: The regulator circuit includes a reference voltage output part 3 for generating and outputting a reference voltage based on a voltage input to an input terminal 1, resistance voltage dividing circuits R1 to R3 for dividing a voltage appearing at an output terminal 2 to output divided voltages V1 and V2, a voltage detection comparator 7 for inputting the divided voltage V2 and the reference voltage to output a detection result of the divided voltage V2, and amplifier circuits 5 and 6 of a smaller current allowable capacity than the amplifier circuit 5, respectively connected between the input terminal 1 and the output terminal 2 in parallel with one another, for being supplied with the reference voltage and the divided voltage V1, comparing them, and outputting a current based on the comparison result, and drives either one of the amplifier circuits 5 and 6 based on the detection result output from the voltage detection comparator 7.
