PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce without much man-hours a knowledge information management system that makes it possible to find experts about knowledge of interest. SOLUTION: In the knowledge information management system, expertise is represented by a keyword that characterizes it. An individual-based knowledge information database in which each individual's ID information and the keyword are registered in association as individual-based knowledge information is accessed from a terminal device, so that the relationship between the knowledge information in which the user is interested and an individual who knows the knowledge information can be outputted. The system includes: a document information collecting part for collecting document information that is browsed by each individual registered in the individual-based knowledge information database; a keyword analyzing part for analyzing the collected document information and extracting for each individual the keyword registered in the individual-based knowledge information; and an individual-based knowledge information storage part for storing the individual-based knowledge information by registering the extracted keyword in the individual-based knowledge information database in association with the corresponding individual's ID information.
