PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent losing functions, even if the peripheral components of a battery go out of order by substantially extending the light emission time of a guide lamp during power failure. SOLUTION: A lighting body 2 is disposed nearby the back of a light accumulating display member 1 where characters, symbols, patterns, and the like are drawn and which has light accumulation properties, and the display member 1 is irradiated to accumulate light, when the lighting body 2 illuminates and is made to emit phosphorescent light, when the lighting body 2 does not emit the light.
