PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the control conditions of the screw reverse rotation step to be adjusted more appropriately. SOLUTION: The molding is conducted while the reverse rotation amount of the screw reverse rotation step, one carried out after the completion of the metering and before the injection, is changed every molding cycle. Upon the injection, the resin flows backward until the non-return valve is closed. By detecting the peak value and the like of the force to reversely rotate the screw by this backflow, indices to become the amount of the backflow of the resin are obtained (103). From the indices to become the amount of the resin backflow, the metering time and the like there are determined the evaluation values by the evaluation functions for seeking the control conditions in the screw reverse rotation step (108, 109). The highly evaluated screw reverse rotation amount is decided to be the control conditions of the screw reverse rotation step (116). In this manner the control conditions of the screw reverse rotation step are obtained which lessen the backflow amount of the resin upon the injection without prolonging the metering time to no purpose.
