PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communicator which has the sealing function for preventing an accident such as erroneous opening along an opening edge side and also can be easily opened on the occasion of opening, in regard to the information communicator formed by folding up a plurality of sheet pieces and integrating them peelably, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: A first sheet piece 1 and a second sheet piece 2 connected by the medium of a fold line 3 are made foldable. They are integrated peelably with a pseudo-adhesion medium G interposed between the counter sheet pieces. A half slit such as a perforation M is provided along and inside the opening edge side.
