PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut foods such as tuna, meat or sandwiches with no cutting resistance by vibrating a plurality of falcate, double-edged and serrated blades by longitudinal vibration of Langevin type transducer, and to prevent the generation of vibration heat. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic cutter apparatus is so formed that the serrated cutter 1 is formed with the plurality of falcate and double-edges 1b on one side face 1a, the base part 1d of the serrated cutter 1 is formed with two screw holes 1e, the width of the tip 1f is formed approximately 1/2 of the width of the base part 1d, a case 2 is projectingly provided with a horn member 6 of the Langevin type transducer 4, the base part 1d of the serrated cutter 1 is inserted into a forked part 6b of the fixing part 6a of the horn member 6, and screws are inserted into screw holes of the fixing part 6a and the screw holes 1e of the serrated cutter 1 to fix them, so that the serrated cutter 1 is integrally constituted with the Langevin type transducer 4.
