摘要 An air-bleed device of gas-turbine engine compressor has cylindrical hollow spokes placed between the discs of the rotor, those connect the flow through part of compressor to cavity of distribution of cooling air, support cylindrical case installed I the inner cavity of the drum of the rotor in parallel to axis of the compressor. Support cylindrical case has cylindrical lug in which axial and separated from those in bypass direction radial channels are provided, it is fixed in rotor with respect to axial displacements by means of bayonet joint. Cavity of distribution of cooling air is formed with support cylindrical case, its cylindrical lug and rim, it is installed coaxially with respect to support cylindrical case, fixed with one end in it by means, for instance, of pin joint, and with the other end it is connected to cylindrical lug, in the axis of rotation of the rotor central tube with cylindrical lugs and openings between those is installed, with this one together with radial channels in cylindrical lug of the support case insulated section of air-bleed with parameters of initial stages of compressor is formed. Central tube is equipped with gas-dense diameter fit surfaces and is fixed with respect to axial displacements by means for instance of pin joint, besides that after the stage after which pins are installed the rotor is arranged split and its front and back parts are connected to each other by means of, for instance, bolt joint. A method for assemblage of the device for air takeoff from compressor of gas turbine engine is performed through installation in rotor of the compressor of support cylindrical case of cylindrical hollow spokes. Support cylindrical case is placed to the front part of the rotor, it is displaced with respect to the front part of the rotor in axial and bypass directions with provision in such way of coaxially of openings in the drum of the rotor and in support cylindrical case for installation of spokes, in sequence one installs the spokes to the rim, with their fixation with respect to each other by means, for instance, of pin joint, front and back parts of the rotor are connected by means of, for instance, bolt joint. Central tube is installed after assemblage of rotor of the compressor.
