A device of remote control of mechanism for winding and unwinding of the rope of scraper winch contains a hydraulic distributor system with a remote control panel located in the housing, a mechanism for winding and unwinding of the rope of scraper winch, which contains brake drums with brake tapes kinematically connected to an actuating mechanism. The actuating mechanism is made in the form of a hydropneumatic cylinder hydraulically connected to directional-control hydraulic system through the remote control panel. The rod of hydropneumatic cylinder is connected to one of the ends of brake tape. The cylinder is connected to another end of said brake tape and is equipped with a bushing coaxially mounted on hydropneumatic cylinder with possibility of displacement along it and fixation of its position on the cylinder.
