<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive paste which is used for constructing a solar cell and other photoelectric conversion devices and can obtain the photoelectric conversion device with an superior power generating efficiency, while suppressing a curvature accompanied with a formation of a rear face electrode of a semiconductor substrate, and to provide the photoelectric conversion devices constructed by using the conductive paste. <P>SOLUTION: As the conductive paste for forming an electrode on the semiconductor substrate for the photoelectric conversion device, there is adopted the conductive paste that includes: metal powder which mainly contains Al; and glass, frit-crystallized in a heat treatment by which the conductive paste, is glazed on the semiconductor substrate, to form the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
