PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical receptacle outlet in which a tracking detection electrode is arranged at a position invisible from the outside in a state that a plug is not connected thereto. SOLUTION: The electrical receptacle outlet A is provided with a door member 9, which is freely movably arranged between a closing position for closing each blade insertion port 4a where each blade is inserted and pulled out, and an opening position for opening each blade insertion port, biased in the closing direction by a door biasing spring 10, and moved in the opening direction against a spring force of the door biasing spring 10 by being pushed with each blade, a detection electrode 11, which is driven corresponding to opening/closing operations of the door member 9 and freely advanceably/retreatably arranged between a protruding position that the detection electrode protrudes to the outside from a detection-electrode insertion hole 5 so as to be in contact with a plug when the plug is connected and a retreating position that the detection electrode retreats inside the detection-electrode insertion hole 5 when the plug is not connected, a tracking detection means for detecting tracking from a current flowing between each blade inserted into each blade insertion port 4a and the detection electrode 11, and a cutoff means that electrically cuts off between each blade receiving member and a power supply when the tracking detection means detects tracking.
