METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THIN MAGNETIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin magnetic component having excellent magnetic properties at a high density of about 90% theoretical density with high productivity using soft magnetic particles coated with an electric insulation film. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the thin magnetic component at least includes a green sheet manufacturing process wherein composite soft magnetic particles which are soft magnetic particles coated with an electric insulation film are formed into a sheet; a process of hot pressing the obtained green sheet; and a heat treatment process of heat-treating the green sheet after being hot pressed. The maximum temperature at the time of hot pressing is <600°C and the maximum temperature at the time of heat treatment is≤600°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
