PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner which prevents fogging of a window glass of a vehicle after stopping the operation of an air blowing unit and maintaining cleanness in a case. SOLUTION: Immediately after stopping the operation of an air blowing unit 21, the turning position of an air-mix door 27 is changed by an air-conditioning control unit 38, a downstream end opening of a bypass passage 25 is closed by the air-mix door 27, the turning position of an inner/outer air changing door 20 is changed, an inside air inlet of an intake box 14 is closed by the inner/outer air changing door 20, and an outside air inlet is opened.
