PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of reducing friction blocking a reciprocating movement of an output shaft in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A first annular face 1j, which is a processing reference of a ball bearing mounting part 1g, is provided on an outer periphery of a case 1, and a second annular face 5d, which is a processing reference of a bush mounting part 5c, is provided on an outer periphery of a guide member 5. Assembling processing can be done using the first annular face 1j and the second annular face 5d, and shafts of a ball screw nut 11 and a bush 22 can be matched with each other easily, so as to reduce a reciprocating movement of an output shaft 10 in an axial direction.
