The decoding of encrypted data is made impossible to prevent the leakage of the data. An encrypted data obtained by the encryption of processing subj ect data are comprised of header data (501) and many encrypting cutoff data (502). When a decoding processing device decodes the encrypted data encrypte d by an encryption processing device, the decoding processing device uses a solution used in encrypting the encrypted data and the file name of the encr ypted data. In the present invention a region corresponding to the file name of the header (501) on which the file name of the encrypted data is recorde d is deleted or destroyed by overwriting at just the right time to make the decoding of the encrypted data impossible.
